Under attack and not a customer yet
You do not need an account to be onboarded during an attack. Tell us what is happening and we will take the traffic first and sort the paperwork afterwards. If you already have a panel, sign in below and your protection is already running.
Reseller panel
For partners who sign their own customers: create and fund tenants, rotate their secrets, and set your brand.
Customer panel
For anyone protecting their own sites: your domains, your rules, your traffic, and what the WAF refused on your behalf.
You will not have a login here, and you do not need one. When protection is resold, your account belongs to that provider, and your controls appear in their client area alongside the rest of your hosting: your domains, the challenge posture, exempt paths and the attacks we stopped.
Sign in wherever you pay your hosting bill. If you cannot find the section, your provider can point you at it faster than we can, because they own the account.
A reseller secret is shown once, when it is issued, and the node keeps only a digest of it. There is nowhere for us to look it up and no way to send you a copy, so a lost secret cannot be recovered. It has to be rotated, which mints a new one and stops the old one authenticating on its next request.
Only we can rotate it, so tell us and we will. Doing this does not touch your balance, your tenants or their credentials, they carry on serving throughout.
Same answer for a tenant secret, except a reseller rotates their own customers’ secrets from their panel without asking us.
